ARCHIVE BUILDS - (She’s A) BRICK HOUSE…

A really lovely box to work with and it was a lovely guitar to play. The Brick House box was big, and had a really impressive acoustic output, what you can’t see here because I’m a twit who didn’t take photo’s of it is, I made six sound holes on the sides of this body and they, coupled with the size of the box created probably the loudest acoustic build to date. Of course it is still electric with a Piezo under the bridge, but the sustain, wow. A Bubinga Neck with Rock maple for the heel, ebony nut and bridge combo.

My one regret on this build is that I didn’t extend the frets all the way down to the body. I was just starting to use frets when I made this one and I was just experimenting with aesthetics and function. While it was very playable, I will admit I think I should have made use of the space more so.
